Leadership Training at your Site
OnSite Training offers a range of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) courses. Held either at your site or at our fully equipped training rooms in Northamptonshire. Our courses are designed to allow for distance learning if required. Contact us to get a clear, concise response to your organisation’s training needs.
Our ILM qualifications are achieved through the completion of assignments, with a designated tutor. Completed at your pace, we will produce a training plan to suit your development. In addition you will receive support materials for each unit as you progress, and communication from your tutor to help keep you motivated. You will be able to contact your tutor when you need guidance. Using examples from your ‘real life’ work environment, the course content will be relevant to you. Free membership of the ILM for 6 months is included.
